14-Day Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Insto Cosmetics. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return and refund window from the date you receive your order. Please read the policy carefully to understand eligibility and the process.

1) Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:

• The item was purchased from instoindia.com.
• Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date you received your order.
• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals intact (for cosmetic and skincare items).
• The product shows no signs of tampering or damage that occurred after delivery (unless the damage is due to a shipping error or product defect).

Excluded:

• Gift cards or vouchers.
• Items marked as final sale or clearance.
• Free gifts or bundled items when returned without the corresponding purchase.
• opened or used cosmetic products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
• Personal care items that require hygiene seals and safety wrappers cannot be returned if seals are broken (except in cases of manufacturing defects or shipping damage).

2) Why You Might Not Receive a Refund

• The item is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
• The item is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
• The item is returned without a valid order number or proof of purchase.
• The item is a marked non-returnable item (e.g., due to safety or regulatory reasons).

3) Return Process

1. Request Return: Email us at info@instoindia.com or call +91-253-2956001 / +91-9822056882 to initiate a return. Please include:
   • Your order number
   • Item(s) to be returned
   • Reason for return
   • Photos of the item (if damaged or defective)
2. Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
3. Packaging: Repack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and any bonus gifts if applicable.
4. Shipping: You will be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or the wrong item was shipped. We may offer a prepaid label in exceptional cases at our discretion.
5. Inspection: Once received, your return will be inspected to confirm eligibility.

4) Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Processing time: Once the return is approved and received, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
• If you paid using a third-party wallet or store credit, the refund will be issued back to that wallet or as Insto store credit, per our policy.

5) Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you require a different product, size, or shade, please place a new order on instoindia.com and return the original item following the return steps above.

6) Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
• We will provide a prepaid return label if the mistake is on our part.
• A replacement item (if available) or a full refund will be issued.
